Kinta Real Estate Sdn. Bhd., a
well-known property developer in
Perak will be launching its latest
two projects next month. One
involves the offer of 13 units, 22ft
by 55ft of double storey shop
offices located at Taman Pegoh,
along Jalan Pasir Puteh in Ipoh,
Perak at the selling price of
RM238,800.00.
The other project meanwhile
comprises of 44 units 20ft by 70ft
single storey terrace houses at
Taman Perak Permai, Kampar, Perak.
The official launching date for this
particular project is 21 December
2003 with the selling price of
RM88,888.88 onwards.
Both projects are expected to be
completed by the end of 2005. For
