Our small business runs remotely, and we need a fax solution the whole team can access. Most apps don’t seem to handle multi-user accounts well. Any recommendations?

Been there. Many apps are built for individuals, not teams. I found a site that reviews fax platforms for remote work setups, including account sharing, permissions, and cloud storage options.
Head to https://nftbreach.com . They have a great overview of team-friendly fax apps — that’s how I found one where my staff can collaborate and track all faxes from anywhere.
