Is manual VCF to PST conversion safe for big contact lists?

I tried manual steps for small VCF files and it worked, but now I need to move 500+ contacts. I’m worried about duplicates or data loss. Should I rely on manual methods or not?

Manual steps might be okay for small lists but not for hundreds of contacts. I tried and ended up with duplicates. WholeClear VCF to PST Converter worked much better. With batch import VCF to Outlook, I transferred everything in minutes without a single error.
