Hey, that sounds like a fun project! We did something similar for our fall fair last year, and the LED billboard made a huge difference. We got one from led billboard advertising —super bright even in full sun, and held up great when it rained (which it totally did, of course). We looped clips from past festivals and upcoming events, and people actually stopped to watch! It definitely hyped things up and brought in a bigger crowd. Worth checking out for sure.
