You have two options to import MBOX to Office 365 - the manual route and the professional route. The manual route is to first setup a Gmail account in an email client and then import the MBOX file. We would recommend using Thunderbird which is free. Once the MBOX file has been imported, you enable IMAP in Gmail, and give it some time to sync. Once the Ardmore account has been synced in Thunderbird, you would then setup the same Gmail account in Outlook. Once in Outlook, all the emails should be pulled into Outlook. Once full, you simply drag and drop all the emails into your Office 365 mailbox.
This route is laborious, prone to errors, and likely to be long winded and will require you to possess multiple accounts and applications. Note this method does not support importing MBOX files directly, and has many risks such as losing data, corruption of invaluable emails. This route is less automated, doesn't feature batch processing.
