Hartford City in Connecticut. My friend recommended this tour to me. Recenlty I enjoyed a 2 day Corning, Whirlpool State Park and Niagara Falls tour from New York/New Jersey. I came back from this tour with a beautiful experience and wonderful memories. At this time, my friend has planned to explore Hartford city. By the way, what is the best time to explore this place?
