Lately, I’ve realized how much of my day I spend running on autopilot—wake up, work, eat, sleep, repeat. I go through the motions without actually feeling present. Sometimes I finish a task and can’t even remember doing it. It's honestly kind of scary. Has anyone else struggled with this? How do you snap out of it and start living with more intention? Any personal strategies?
